Working on a US-based Insurance client for their Cloud migration. 

• As a part of the Operations Team & Platform Support Team, Developed, Monitored and Configured AWS Cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools Like Terraform.
• Monitoring Infrastructure with the help of many AWS services and tools like Cloudwatch, Amazon CloudTrail, AWS Health Dashboard, AppDynamic, Splunk, Wiz, and Dynatrace.

• Incident Management: Identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues in the Cloud environment via ServiceNow. 
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve cloud-related issues and incidents.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation to address urgent cloud-related matters.
• Cloud and Infrastructure Automation: Providing automation ideas and implementing which increase team productivity, and efficiency and reduce cloud cost
  • Developed and maintained automation scripts to streamline provisioning, configuration, and management of cloud resources.
  • Cost Optimized by around $300K+ monthly by creating automation to delete unused resources with the help of Lambda, Python script, Cloudwacth Event and Jenkins.
  • Business Critical requirements are implemented using Python script, Lambda, Step Functions, Cloudwacth Event and Jenkins to Speed up production processes and reduce human errors and time.
  • As the go-to person/team to develop solutions to automate processes, create PoC, write codes and scripts, perform unit testing, create documentation, and facilitate final delivery to developers and teams.
• Handling and supporting critical production releases for the developed application on the Cloud.
• Involved in the Change management Process to ensure that a project achieves its intended results and outcomes by supporting the changes in Cloud resources.
• Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Recommended and implemented improvements to existing cloud infrastructure and processes.
• Increased teams’ efficiency by continuing to look for process improvement opportunities, train new consultants and provide ongoing guidance and mentorship on best industry practices & Tech.
